Have cooked with both porcini & Shitake mushrooms for a long time. Both have great flavor and taste. Recently made a great red mushroom pasta sauce with the these. Just don't put in too prepare to many in advance as they really increase in volume tremendously!

I’ve been looking for dried porcinis since the little Italian deli stopped carrying them (in bulk). It’s been years – seriously. Received my mushrooms from you last week and made spaghetti sauce a couple of days ago. WONDERFUL is all I can say. Excellent flavor and texture. I’ll be back!

I've been buying porcini mushrooms from Fungus AmongUs for year and they have continued to maintain their high quality and excellent cutomer service. These mushrooms are great for soups, sauces and stews and are highly recommended.

After a cook tour of Italy, I started buying Procinis at the grocery store in one oz. packages. I was always out of the mushrooms for my favorite recipes and I was spending lots of money for the small amount. I went to your web site and found just what I wanted. Wow, a pound of Procinis. My order was filled and delivered in just days. Thanks for you excellent service!

As a military brat/wife I have taken cooking lessons in many countries. I was paying a fortune in my local grocery for Porcinis to add to some of my Italian recipes, and making Beef and Mushroom Soup. Then I found Fungus Amongus. I use 1 lb a year and I always pour the waterbath through a coffee filter into my sauces, stews and soups. I also use their Shiitake mushrooms for my Asian cooking. And waiting for the kibbled oyster mushrooms to be back in Stock. Thank you Fungus Amongus.
