Harvested in the Pacific Northwest, Matsutake means Pine Mushroom and grows abundantly in the Northwest. This bright white mushroom with veil is highly sought after and exudes a clean, spicy scent. Try marinating Matsutake and stirring into rice or pairing with chicken or fish.  Rehydrate in hot water for 30 minutes, drain, rinse and squeeze out excess water.
