Dried Morels take on a smoky flavor and imparts richness to any dish. One of our favorite ways to use them is in a sour cream stroganoff sauce and pouring over noodles or rice. A creamy Morel Bisque recipe comes inside the headcard. There are eight 1ounce packages in a case.
