What shipping carriers do you offer?


We ship all of our packages with UPS or USPS.  We offer:

• UPS Ground
• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air
• USPS Priority Mail

Please note that all orders currently take up to 2 business days to package before shipping.  We currently list an estimated time of arrival on the Shipping Options page during checkout.

Can I track my shipment?


Yes! All FungusAmongUs packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped. You can track your packge by doing a search at http://www.ups.com with your tracking number.

 Can I return a purchase?

If you have any issuses with your order, log into your account and click 'completed orders' You can then click 'Return Items' and send us a note.  We'll get in contact with you to arrange store credit or a product exchange.

I made a mistake in my order! How can I fix it?

Feel free to e-mail us at orders@fungusamongus.com.  We will attempt to make the updates to your order if it has not shipped yet.

I haven't received my order yet!

We apologize for the delay! If it's been more than 2 weeks since you placed your order, please contact customer service at orders@fungusamongus.com. Please consult your tracking data before contacting us.

If I choose Next Day or 2 Day Shipping, when will I get my order?
 
Orders currently take up to 2 business day to package before shipping. Therefore, if you choose Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, it could take up to 2 days longer than the shipping method: 2 Days total for Next Day Air and 3 Days total for 2nd Day Air.  We currently list an estimated time of arrival on the Shipping Options page during checkout.
