    I drizzle this over anything for that little something special. Soup, pasta, mashed potatoes mmm!

    Unexpectedly small

    This is 55 ml of oil, about 3 1/2 tablespoons or a little under a quarter cup. This SHOULD be made obvious. The oil quality is fine. The volume is unexpectedly low.

    FAU response: The 1.88 oz. information was unintentionally left off and has been added to the description. As the MyRecipes.com website just posted (see link below), small bottles of oil are preferable so they don't go bad. For those that go through large quantities of truffle oil, we have an 8.5 oz. bottle on our Your Kitchen page.
